If you are uncomfortable sending your credit card information via the Internet, we gladly accept checks and money orders. Payment should be mailed to:

Telephone Orders

We also accept orders via our toll free number at (866) 442-BOLO (2656). Our phone lines are open Monday through Thursday from 9am to 5pm Eastern Time and on Friday from 9am to 4pm Eastern Time. In the unlikely event that a customer services assistant is not available to answer your call, please leave a message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

Shipping

Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail or UPS unless otherwise specified.

Sales Tax

Sales tax applies to orders shipped to New Jersey addresses only.

International Orders

As a security precaution and to prevent fraudulent orders from international locations, we are no longer able to accept Internet orders from some international locations. International customers from locations not listed on our site who wish to place an order may contact us to request ordering and payment options.

International orders do not qualify for free shipping offers.

Returns

Your satisfaction is guaranteed with our Money Back Guarantee.

Returns must be made within 15 days after merchandise is received. Returned items must be in their original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; shipping charges may apply to orders shipped via free shipping and may be deducted from the refund amount.

We will honor a return and refund the purchase price for any reason for up to two ties. Three or more ties will incur a fee of $10 on each item.
